For the second time in 2025, the Nendaz Freeride Association invites you to an exceptional day of freeriding, reserved exclusively for girls! Join us on Sunday, April 6, for an unforgettable adventure in the company of three-time Freeride World Tour champion Arianna Tricomirepresenting our main-sponsor The North Face !
Whether you're an off-piste beginner or already have some experience, this is the event for you. Open to all motivated and sporty people aged 14 and over, this event will enable you to discover or perfect your freeride skills.
Learn, improve and gain confidence while having fun. Groups will be formed according to age and expectations, so that everyone can make the most of the day.
As well as perfecting your riding technique, you'll have the opportunity to learn or perfect the basics of mountain safety and the use of rescue equipment (avalanche transceiver, shovel, probe) with our professional coaches.
And that's not all! Finish the day in style with a yoga session led by Megan Marcelle, whose experience and expertise will help you relax and refocus after an emotionally-charged day.

2024
For the first time in 2024, the Nendaz Freeride Association is organising an event reserved for girls.
This freeride initiation and safety day will take place on 1 April 2024. It's not a competition, but a day of discovery and training in off-piste skiing and snowboarding organised by girls for girls (aged 14 and over - freeride beginners welcome).
The day will be supervised by a qualified ski teacher from ESS Nendaz, a Freeride World Tour athlete and a mountain guide.
